Bengal Institute of Technology is an engineering college in Kolkata in the state of west Bengal under the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology(MAKAUT) and is a part of Techno India group .It offers four UGC courses( B.Tech in CSE,IT,ECE & BT) and one PG course(MCA). The institute is situated on Basanti highway few kilometres off from downtown Kolkata . It is affiliated to MAKAUT and approved by AICTE
